Warranty
CarAdvanced products is warranted to be a free from defects in materials or workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. Within this period, CarAdvanced will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the costumer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
This Warranty doesn't cover failures, due abuse, misuse, accident, or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
Returns Policy
We cannot accept return items that are not in the original packaging. These are constraints set by product manufacturers and we are obligated to honor their policies on returns. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be credited.
All return, must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.
Any item which is returned unaltered is given a 100% refund of the purchase price. This does not include the shipping fee. There is a 15% restocking fee. If your item is fragile, please purchase insurance. We do our best to pack your item safely, but I can not be held responsible for breakage during shipment.
Return shipping charges should be paid and insuranced by the customer unless CarAdvanced is at fault (you received an incorrect item). The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs and handling fee. The shipping and handling fee is non refundable. The cost for returning the item(s) shall be borne by you.
The Customer must send a tracking number.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days or 1 day with PayPal).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in many countries. If your country is not in the list of shipping, let us know about it.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping of your items. We'll ship the order after the payment is received and confirmed.
Please, we don't ship to PO box numbers. Confirmed address in your PayPal account is required.
International shipping must be providing us your telephone number for customs form.
We make every effort to have all products in stock. However, it may be necessary to order products from our supplier. This will result in additional time for shipping. We will notify you within 1 business day if additional shipping time is required.
NOTE: There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Method of Payment:
We accept Paypal payment and Western Union for international orders.
The package would be sent after the payment is cleared and received.
